Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Kore Directory Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") and you as a subscriber to our directory services. Kore Directory Ltd. is a company registered in England and Wales with the goal of providing a digital platform for listing professionals. By subscribing to our directory, you accept these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to change these Terms occasionally. You will be notified in writing of any changes that may disadvantage you, and the latest Terms will supersede any previous versions unless stated otherwise.

Formation of the Contract

When you submit an application to be listed in our directory, it constitutes an offer to purchase our services. The contract becomes effective upon our acceptance of your application.

The Terms, together with any specifications or written descriptions we provide, represent the entirety of our agreement. Any prior statements, representations, or implied terms not expressly included here are not binding.

Provision of Services

We strive to provide services as outlined in any written description we give you, or as listed on our "Join Us" page. We will make reasonable efforts to meet any deadlines specified but cannot guarantee exact timing.
 

We may make changes to our services to meet any regulatory or legal requirements or if the changes do not significantly alter the nature or quality of services. Notification of such changes will be provided.

We may deny or revoke your listing in the directory if we cannot verify your information or if it does not meet our standards.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to the following responsibilities:

 

  • Content Accuracy: All information provided in your listing must be truthful and up-to-date. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe upon the rights of others.
     

  • Professional Membership: You must maintain membership with a relevant professional body if required for directory verification, and provide proof of such membership if requested.
     

  • Notification of Issues: Promptly inform us of any complaints or issues that may impact your professional reputation.
     

  • Collaboration and Contact: Cooperate fully with us and provide any requested information necessary to deliver our services. Keep your contact details current and allow us to reach you as needed.
     

  • Listing Content: Only represent qualifications and services that you are licensed or certified to provide. Your listing must not contain obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Non-compliance with these responsibilities may result in suspension or removal from our directory without refund.
 

Fees and Payment

The subscription fees, whether monthly or annually, will be listed on our website. Payment is due upon acceptance of your order, and the chosen payment schedule will continue until the contract is terminated.

We may adjust subscription fees, providing six weeks' written notice for any increases. If you do not agree to the adjusted fee, you must notify us within two weeks; otherwise, the increased fee will be deemed accepted.

Overdue fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of your listing.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the directory, our services, and our website. Content from the website may only be reproduced for personal or educational use unless written permission is obtained.

All intellectual property rights to content you provide remain with you or the original owner. By listing with us, you grant us the right to display your content on our site until the listing is removed.

Cookies and Additional Site Information

By using our site, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Subscribers may publish articles or event details on our platform; however, we reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove content at our discretion. Any changes to published content must be reported within seven days of the change.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that our website:

  • Will meet all your needs.

  • Will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all systems.

  
We have no control over subscriber actions and are not responsible for their business practices or services provided. Information on our website is for general use only and should not be relied upon for specific decisions.
 

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that our site is secure but are not liable for any damages resulting from viruses, hacking, or other harmful events.

Limitation of Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. However, to the extent allowed by law, we exclude all other liability for loss or damage incurred by you as a result of using our services.,

Our total liability under the contract is capped at £195.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by providing 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:
 

  • You breach a significant contract term and fail to correct it within seven days of notice.

  • We determine a conflict of interest.

  • We receive serious complaints about your conduct.

Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination, any unpaid fees will become due immediately. No refunds will be provided for previously paid fees. Certain clauses will continue to apply post-termination as specified.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, equipment failures, natural disasters).

Miscellaneous
  • Assignment: We may transfer our rights or delegate obligations to third parties.
     

  • Notices: Notices must be sent in writing to the registered address or designated contact and will be considered received according to delivery methods.
     

  • Severability: Any unenforceable provisions shall be considered severed, with remaining terms intact.
     

  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
     

  • No Partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency.
     

  • Third-Party Rights: No third parties may enforce these Terms.
     

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by English law, with disputes resolved in English courts.
