Personal Training Sessions

  • 1-to-1 Sessions:£40 per hour
    Tailored training plans, one-on-one guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Block Session Packages:5 Sessions: £190
    10 Sessions: £350
    Save up to 10% when you book a block of sessions.

Group Fitness Classes

  • Per Class:£10 per person
    Fun, motivating group sessions, perfect for those who enjoy working out in a team environment.

Online Coaching & Virtual Sessions

  • Online Coaching (Weekly Plan + Check-in):£50 per week
    Receive a personalised workout plan, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support through email and virtual meetings.
  • Virtual Personal Training:£30 per session
